Our friends in Southeast England Toastmasters, Division H are holding their Humorous Speech and Table Topics Contest Finals this coming Saturday afternoon. A great opportunity to hear some different speakers and meet new people. The picturesque Marlow High Street, parkland and River Thames are only a short stroll away - you might want to make a day of it.
The winners from these contests will go through to compete against our London contest winners and other Division champions in the UK & Ireland Finals- held as part of the Toastmasters District 71 White Rose Conference in York 13-15 November.
When? Saturday 10 October 2009. 2pm for 2.30pm start. Finishing 4.30pm
Where? Liston Hall, Chapel Street, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1DD
Cost? £5 per person at the door.
Parking? There is The carpark adjacent to the hall.
