Thursday 9th September 2010!
Interactive workshop with Jayne Storey, coach to elite athletes, business executives and entrepreneurs.
Ever felt nervous before giving a speech or topic? The answer’s probably yes, unless you’ve overdone the beta blockers! But are the nerves controlling you, or are you controlling them?
Would you like to learn some practical tips and techniques to put you in charge - that you can practise at home and at your clubs?
Our speaker Jayne Storey started her personal and professional journey back in 1987, when she took up the ancient art of T’ai Chi, at a class in East London. After studying with some of China’s most elite masters, she’s gone on to open T’ai Chi classes herself – and to develop a unique business, coaching T’ai Chi principles to elite athletes, business executives and entrepreneurs to help them handle those pressure situations. Her client list includes a number of top Olympic athletes.
So if you’d like to learn how to overcome your nerves on stage, book your place for Jayne’s session now!
