Saturday 9 April saw the London Toastmasters Division B International Speech and Evaluation Contest Finals. The morning workshops were a great success - a big thank you to all our workshop leaders: Debbie Catt, Diana Lowe, Karen McKenzie-Irvine, Tom Salinsky.
The lecture theatre at the Royal College was packed for the contests.
And loud drum roll please...our London winners were Andrew Chuks (Area 47 and Excalibur Speakers champion) for the International Speech Contest and Lynne Cantor (Area 47 and Excalibur Speakers champion) for the Evaluation Contest. Andrew and Lynne will represent London Division B Toastmasters at the UK & Ireland Finals held during the Conference 6-8 May 2011 see www.aspringodyssey.com.
