The art and science of motivational evaluation workshop 25 Feb

The more effective you are at listening and giving feedback the more people will be willing to follow you.

Whether you want to add to your leadership skills, give your first speech evaluation, or thinking of having a go at topics evaluating, this workshop is for you!

Toastmaster’s London Division International Speech Finalist Shane Snow (MBA) will lead this workshop, which will focus on motivational evaluation by helping you:

· Practice giving immediate feedback

· Offering methods to improvement

· Building and maintaining self-esteem 

Shane has 15 years experience as a Ministerial adviser and speechwriter. Last year he worked closely with No.10 on the first ever Prime Ministerial statement on cycling and he now is a special adviser to Transport for London on their £1B cycling programme. In 2012 he was a keynote speaker at TEDX SquareMile.
