We're pleased to invite you to our Division L Club Officer Training hosted by Area 61. Tuesday, 12 January 2016 from 19:00 to 21:45 (GMT)
Please seize the opportunity to pick up new ideas for your clubs for 2016, as well as share a few of your own.
The Venue is:
The Church Hall of The First Church of Christ Scientist, 53 Cassiobury Drive, Watford, WD17 3AD
Please meet at 19:00 for a 19:30 sharp start of the programme.
The outline for the evening will be as follows:
1. Interactive Evaluation Panels
1. Structure Content and Delivery
2. See, Hear and Feel
2. Seven moments of truth
1. Small group problem solving
2. Presentation and Q&A with the group
3. Feedback forms to enable improvement for next time
The whole event will be looking at improving member experience...the first part will be looking to improve evaluations and this will be facilitated through a panel speeches and discussion and audience Q&A.
We will then be looking at Moments of Truth adding Contest Experience as an area of discussion to make seven moments of truth.
