Area 52 Contests - results!

Monday, 3 October 2016, Area 52 held its Humorous Speech Contest and Table Topics Contest in the stunning Libary room in Grange Strathmore Hotel, Gloucester Road.

Competing were: Michael Lake (HSp) & Shola Kaye (TT) for Grosvenor Square Speakers; Christopher Walker (HSp) & Paul Carroll (TT) for 104 London Debaters; Mike Burnell (HSp) & Suzana Kalcic (TT) for Kings Speakers; and Adam Micek (HSp & TT) for Polish Your Polish.

Many thanks to our officials Lyn Roseaman for chairing the contests and to Brian Skelton our chief judge.

The evening was a great success filled with fun and laughter. The room was packed with members and guests. Everyone had a wonderful time. 

The contest season is not over yet.

All winners will compete in the Division B contests THIS SATURDAY 3 October in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Victoria. Come to meet and support them. Feel free to bring friends.
