From Suzi Fish, VP PR Excalibur Speakers
Excalibur Speakers is delighted to present our next mini workshop on ‘How To Breathe’ by the lovely Irene Bradshaw on Wednesday 23rd November 2016.
This mini workshop will focus on the power of the breath to support your voice without vocal strain whilst under performance pressure.
- Learn how to anchor the breath deeply in the body
- Connect with energy centres which create relaxation.
- Discover the correct muscles for vocal support.
- Learn to acknowledge your true vocal note
- Access your emotions through the power of connected breathing.
An Excalibur meeting will follow the workshop.
Excalibur Speakers is a “Club of Excellence” for Toastmasters who have already made progress in the speaking and leadership program. We are dedicated to helping our members take on more challenging speaking projects, while receiving high quality evaluations from experienced Toastmasters and Champions.
It is the only club in London that is designed to complement a Toastmasters “home club” and membership is open to any Toastmaster who has completed the Competent Communicator manual.
Current members between them have won eight District titles, and being a member enables you to tap into the wealth of knowledge and skills of these Champions, Presidents of other clubs, Ambassadors and members who speak both in and outside of Toastmasters.
