Excalibur Speakers are hosting an Open House meeting that evening and we would love you to join us. Business associates, boyfriends, girlfriends, your hair can all wait!
So, why come along?
If you want high quality feedback, to meet members with experience of the same advanced manuals as you, all happening in an environment that strives towards excellence while being supportive, then Excalibur could be the club to challenge you.
Everyone in the club is working on the advanced manuals. No matter what manual you are working on, it is likely that someone in the club has experience of the same manual.
Our members include past Division and District Champions in all of the Toastmasters speaking disciplines. Indeed, Simon Bucknall, represented our club to 2nd place in the World Championship of Public Speaking just this last year. Our members also include recognised workshop presenters and current and past senior District leaders.
Our unique meeting format is specifically designed to accommodate the longer speeches that advanced projects may require, to challenge you as speakers and to provide more levels of feedback than you receive in other clubs.
Excalibur is also the ideal second club. Many of our members are members of home clubs and find that Excalibur adds to the experience of their home club.
When and where:
Please join us at 6.45pm doors open for a 7pm sharp start on 28 March at Fitzrovia Community Centre, 2 Foley Street, London W1W 6DN. The meeting will conclude by 9pm and light beverages shall be consumed in the King and Queen pub next door after.
