It’s that time of year again. Time to think of writing a speech for the International Speech contest. Will you be thinking “What shall I write about? How shall I structure it? What should I do to make it shine?” If so this workshop is for you.
Bob Ferguson will be taking us through his process for creating winning speeches.

You will get tools to:
Gather ideas for future speeches so you’re ready to write.
Avoid writers block by asking the right questions.
Structure your speech for maximum impact.
Build in powerful elements to persuade the audience to your viewpoint.
Add the emotional profile that keeps your audience expectant and connected.
Rehearse using all your senses for confident delivery.
As well as thinking of writing for 7-minute speech contests, Bob will show you how to use the same techniques to make writing longer presentations and keynotes simpler
